Booking Confirmation

Upon booking a studio, a confirmation will be sent to the Renter’s email. This confirmation serves as proof of the written rental agreement between the Renter and Inflow Studio.

Prices and VAT
All prices are stated in Danish kroner (DKK). Our facilities are exempt from VAT, pursuant to the Danish VAT Act § 13, section 1.

Payment
When renting facilities through inflowstudio.dk, the rental fee must be paid immediately online.

Cancellation of Rental Agreements

Renters may cancel a rental agreement and receive a refund if desired. To cancel a booking and receive a refund, an email must be sent to info@inflowstudio.dk at least 14 days before the date of the booking. Full rental payment is required if the cancellation deadline is exceeded. Inflow Studio reserves the right to cancel a reservation, at least 30 days before the date of the booking. In the case of online booking via the website, Inflow also reserves the right to cancel a booking within the first 24 hours that the booking is made. In case of any unforeseen emergency, Inflow reserves the right to cancel the booking immediately. If Inflow cancels a booking for any reason, an email will be sent to the renter, and a full refund will be issued.

Special Terms for Facility Use Footwear:

Outdoor shoes or shoes that can scratch or leave marks on the floor are not allowed inside the studios.

Facilities:

Renters will have access to:

● The first toilet by the entrance
● The hallway area from the entrance to the studios
● The specific studio booked for the allotted time frame

If the studios are used outside the booked time, additional charges will apply in increments of 1 hour.

Windows:

● Windows facing the courtyard must remain closed while playing music. If opened, they must be secured with latches and closed before leaving.
● Ceiling windows may be opened while playing music but must be closed before leaving the facility.

Lost & Found:

● Inflow Studio is not responsible for any items left on the premises. Any items that are found, will be collected and left in the lost & found box.

Leaving the facilities:

● Close all doors and windows and turn off all lights before leaving the studios.

Equipment in the Facility

● WIFI: Available in the facility.
○ Network: Inflow Studio Wifi
○ Password: March2025

● Speakers: Connected via Bluetooth. Instructions for connection and troubleshooting are
available near the speakers.
● Yoga mats, weights, and exercise bands: Renters may use the equipment stored in
the hallway, provided they return it neatly after use.

Cleaning and Damages

● The facility must be returned in the same condition as received.
● Trash and all brought-in items must be removed, and trash must be placed in the allocated bins in the courtyard.
● No food or drink is allowed inside Studios A & B without prior written consent (except for water).
● A minimum surcharge of 1,500 DKK may be imposed if extraordinary cleaning is required.
● Any damages to the property or missing equipment will result in an additional surcharge based on the cost of repair or replacement.

Accessibility and Transportation

● Nearby stations: Nørrebro Station, Bispebjerg Station, and Skjolds Plads.
● Car parking: Not allowed in the courtyard. Public paid parking is available on
Heimdalsgade.
● Bicycle parking: Available in designated bicycle parking spots in the yard.
